Manage your career
In today’s business world, people are no longer asking if they will change jobs, but when. Almost all senior executives will work for several companies throughout their career. Your career should not just be allowed to happen. You need to manage it – just as you would manage anything else which is important.
How we can help you
Through our strong network of clients across Europe we have access
to hidden jobs that are not advertised, as many of our search and
selection projects are confidential. As we form strong partnerships
with our clients, our candidates will immediately stand out from the
rest of the market with leading companies that we work with as we are a
trusted source with our clients as only presenting the best candidates
on the market.
We build professional and ethical long term relationships with our
candidates and our relationships are based on trust, objective
consultation and respect.
Before we begin any assignment with a client we undertake a thorough
research process to understand the client company, the market it
operates within, the key aspects of the job, measurements of success
and the compensation package. This information enables us to provide
candidates identified for assignments with all the required information
to decide if the client company is the right company and the right
career move.
We maintain regular communication proactively updating candidates on
progress of an assignment at every step of the process as well as
providing honest feedback on candidates’ suitability for positions and
client companies.
Before we present any candidate to a client for a meeting, we have a
face-to-face interview to fully understand suitability for a position
by exploring with each candidate their background, capabilities,
education, motivations and desires for their next position and to gain
their approval to be introduced to our client. We also provide
candidates with a clear understanding of the position and the client’s
expectations for it and answer questions candidates have about the
opportunity as well as explain what to expect throughout the course of
the interview and the search and selection process.
One of the most important parts of any candidate’s job search is
working out the terms and conditions of how they will work with their
future employer. Negotiating an employment agreement can be a
challenging time for both candidates and clients and we regularly
facilitate this process between our clients and candidates to ensure
open and effective communication during this important time.
Our support does not end when a contract is agreed and a candidate
has started in their new position. We stay in touch with candidates as
they move into their new role to provide the support that they may need
to integrate into their new role.
Our overall aim is to find the best candidates for our clients’
opportunities and to help candidates make the best decision for them
and their career.
