MANAGEMENT COACHING
Management Coaching provides each participating manager with a new approach to their career through:

MANAGEMENT EVALUATION
Management Evaluation offers an in-depth appraisal of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each respective senior manager and executive participating in the process and examines what impact these may have on the capacity of the corporation to achieve its objectives and success.
Evaluation is also conducted at a team level to overview both individuals and teams. At the conclusion of the process, clients are provided with a thorough and comprehensive report on results and suggested strategies and solutions to address issues.
MANAGEMENT AUDIT
Management Audit offers a broad solution to organisations by:
