He regularly advises large multinationals on their international development strategies and searches for top executives in sectors such as Industrial, Retail, Professional Services and Banking and Insurance.

He has recruited over 500 Executives for Managing Director and other Executive positions in functions including: Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply, Purchasing and  M&A, Asset Management and Private Banking.

Since 1984 he has played an active role in the development of Neumann International in France and in other European countries, especially in Eastern European countries, where he has specialized in multinational searches.

After setting up one of Neumann International’s subsidiaries, he was promoted to Partner in 1987 and Managing Director in 1997.

Geoffroy also searches regularly for Supervisory Board Members and worldwide Professional Associations’ Managing Directors.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES

Before joining Neumann International, he worked for twelve years in Marketing and Sales Functions with several multinational groups including Colgate Palmolive.

Geoffroy is a Member of the ANDCP, the French HR Association (Association Nationale des Directeurs du Personnel), the AFDM (Association Française des Directeurs du Marketing), the CPF (Centre des Professions Financières), the Colgate and Maxim (Business Clubs) and the Who’s Who.

EDUCATION

Geoffroy graduated from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris, Business School (ESCP/EAP MBA).
