Since forming the international Professional Services Sector Practice, Neumann International has refined its approach, assembling a high-calibre team of professionals across Europe dedicated entirely to meeting the different needs of the Professional Services sector.

We have recruited and developed human resource consultants with specialist knowledge and experience of the professional services industry sectors including legal, management consultancy and accounting - to build our international team. They offer clients broad knowledge, solid technical expertise and a detailed understanding of the various industry segments concerned — the expertise and experience that are crucial in a sensitive area like professional services.

Caroline Golenko is a Partner at Neumann International and leads the Executive Consulting service line. She is also an active senior member of the Neumann International Professional Services practice group in addition to having a demonstrated strong experience in the Financial Services and Industrial sector.

She has led and still leads numerous senior searches for functional or operational positions (HR, Finance and Legal linked responsibilities as well as Commercial or Industrial ones) at top management levels.

Her experience and expertise in management audit/assessment projects at strategic corporate levels, both in France and internationally, have distinguished her in the field.

Previous Experience

Human Resources has been a key focus for Caroline for more then fifteen years of her twenty year long career. She spent seven years in HR management at top French and European levels of an international professional services firm. The past ten years of Caroline’s career with Neumann International have been focused on consulting activities as Principal and, since 2003, as Partner.

Caroline Golenko is a member of a number of professional networks related to strategic issues in equal opportunities in the workplace and professional coaching.

Education

In 1986 Caroline received her Diploma of the Paris Institut des Etudes Politiques. She has also been trained and certified as a Professional Coach by Vincent Lenhardt from Transformance in June 2003
