Extract Technology Announces Expansion of ISO 9001 Manufacturing in the UK
Planned growth with our key end users as part of a collaborative approach to end user support has led to a clear and committed expectation for Extract’s aseptic and containment pharmaceutical solutions, which include our innovative therapy technology cell and gene. The increased capacity and optimized manufacturing structure creates a more customer-focused environment, extends direct support for Dec Group products in the UK market and drives innovation in Dec Group containment technologies.
The addition to the UK operation has been a collaborative approach with our end users and has been developed in line with changing market expectations, it has been a learning period for our customers and we are committed to an investment proactive that will be associated and aligned with the requirements of our global partners.
The expanded operation will reduce lead times and increase efficiencies across all platform products, with a focus on global customer support, through a lean manufacturing approach and significant investments in the tools needed by the team.

Since the acquisition by Groupe Dec, it is the 2n/a announcement of major investment in the Extract Technology activity in terms of infrastructure.

The extract UNITED STATES the expansion will come online in late 2022 and house a new world-class manufacturing facility, which will include one of the largest NQA-1 operations in North Americameeting nuclear grade isolation needs (including RadioPharma applications) and supporting our Mobile Cleanroom (MCR) products.
This announcement is in line with the Dec Group’s capital deployment strategy and facilitates a shift in market expectations for our technology and expertise.
